  4. This is an interesting discovery. I thought orchids prefer the shade. Well, I guess nothing beats the feeling of being "on top of the world"....Such a feeling coming over me, there is wonder in most everything I see. Not a cloud in the sky, got the sun in my eyes, and I won't be surprise if its a dream. Everything I want the world to be, its now coming true especially for me...Carpenters song. That's my today's wishes to you and Kakdah.

I suppose birds will enjoy that orchid more than us, CATHERINE. I think the orchid has white flower. In fact most orchids growing at branch joints has white flowers. The branch joints are wet, just like our armpits!!.. haha. Orchids will thrive at places that resemble their natural habitat; cool and wet. A real pity, my camera has limited zooming facility, PRINCESS.

Thanks PROSPERO for your poetic comment, yeah, I wish to be there as well, on the trees, and nearer to where fruits are.. haha.

BELLE, you are good at pinching me on nostalgic tone.. yea, carpenters, top of the world. Orchids on top of a durian tree!!

Twenty years ago, 30 feet climb is effortless. Now, I am not too sure of my agility to inch my way up the tree. Going down is even tougher! So JENN, lets enjoy orchids from where we can most conveniently stand and view, on the ground!

    Cheers,
