Roses clustering, best ever.

Kakdah held the blooming roses close to her nose. She said, her roses bloomed better in Tanah Merah, much bigger and smell sweeter. The extensive pruning prior to the long 7 hour journey from Putrajaya to Tanah Merah must have done the trick. Lot of crushed egg shells, sunnier location and cooler climate encourage the blooming fiesta further.

  7. Beautiful roses as sweet as kakdah!
Maybe Tanah Merah has a better weather for the plants, but i think mainly it's because you're the gardener. Some little secret for you: milk can also be a good fertilizer for your roses, other than eggshells :)

thanks. Roses as always soften hearts... but the whiteness of snow can be soothing too.

    Michele:
There will soon be banana peel around them. thanks

    Scattered gardener:
let the plant rest for a while, when snow melts, roses will smile.

    rough rosa:
Kakdah will have to learn a little bit mpore about roses. What do we do after all the flowers are gone..

    Hocking hills gardener:

Tanah Merah being further inland, therefore a lot higher than Kota Bharu.

Take new approach with roses... heavy pruning for example and see what will happen..
