cut them short.

Kakdah cut them short before they were loaded into the lorry to Tanah Merah from Putrajaya. Now they let out young shoots to witness a different weather and sky. I don't know what the little shoots were thinking..., but the red shoots of rose plant are definitely grinning with high hope

  1. You are "creating" the new garden organizing a lawn yard, seeding various plants.. It's very inspiring for me to see your progresses in creating it!

  7. takaeko.... doing it from scratch is fun when we start planning for short term gains and the long term too. Pots are the most versatile ones, where we can spread them as we like to suit the imagination. Lawn is definitely long term.

kathrin.... thanks, i am sure they will grow with wishes from all over the continents.

Ellada.... huh, talk about plants, there are millions more growing in the jungle we never heard before...

comeca jones.... they will grow flower soon. they need encouragement too... haha

rebecca... yes, the weather is rather cool now, and they seem to enjoy it.

theanne and baron.... jet lag is over for them ( or lorry lag), and now is time to see the sky. they are enjoying it.

    james.... yes, they are grinning.

aaron.... they probably are adjusting to the new conditions, how much water to absorb through the roots, how big should the pores opening be to let carbon dioxide in for photosynthesis and to let the biproducts; oxygen and water out... but they never complain or cry out loud.

.... To a point, plants seem to love the new environment, the cool weather especially, but monsoon rain is still a threat, splashing water into pots.
