flower, a delicate orange.

The little potted plant is hanged close at the fence, facing the hot sunlight.  While it needs sunlight to bloom, the very same sunlight scorch the older flowers a little bit especially now. No rain for two weeks, it is hot.

Kakdah's potted plant with rich orange flowers

but the flower has an interesting colour -  delicate, deep and rich orange.
and both of us don't know the name of the plant.
Kakdah suggests that it probably is a dwarf variety of periwinkle.  The flower has five petals therefore resembles periwinkle, but the stem is a little soft which is not periwinkle's characteristic.

I suppose the experts among readers would know.

  3. As far as I can see it is a plant of the Balsaminaceae family, genus Impatiens.
