sorghum is like rice to people in Africa...
Looks great! I have some sorghum seeds to be sowed, but I have no idea how to process it.
Likewise I myself don't know how to process it. I just try my luck... Soon I will share the cooking!!
How do you use this?
Cook like rice or adds-on in soup or do pop-sorghum like popcorns.
