  5. Very much interested to see the ulam raja (cosmos) flower. Do post the follow up on that.
Can the ulam raja be eaten raw even when the plant reaches the mature stage - when the leaves are big?

The whole idea about the post is to give a little bit of attention to the various shades of colour. Even the common green has an array of shades, the lovely tiny cups or someone say lanterns of asin-asin are displaying contrasting colour between baby and matured cups.. The old leaf of winged bean too manage to display interesting colour on its dying moment.

To those staying out of the tropical belt may find plants over here unusual, interesting or using the superlative terms EXOTIC!. But too often, the locals take things for granted, and don't find it necessary to share in blogs. Zinnias are elegant against any background......

I jot down requests from some of you, and I really have to plan out posts on,

    1. A-Z OF ASIN-ASIN
    2. COOKING ASIN-ASIN
    3. ULAM RAJA FINDING ITS WAY TO THE DINNER TABLE.
    4. ULAM RAJA AND ITS LOVELY FLOWERS.

    Hows that?

I really have to dig and start planning.., so stay tuned!
