The flowers are very pretty. I have realised that I have seen those beans in a shop. I did not know what they were but you have helped me identify them - thanks!
Yes, those flowers are so lovely. Probably will make a nice compliement with sweet pea flowers, the shades of pink and purple will surely make a good colour mix.
What lovely flowers and what fabulous photographs you take. Thank you again for welcoming me to Blotanical. I am amazed at how many garden bloggers there are.
Hey that's a nice flower too. I like the shape and crisp texture of wing bean but I didn't realise that the flower is quite attractive too. Nice pictures. Happy gardening!

Beans somehow has similar flowers, shape and colour. The plant at present is blooming mad. With the previous experience, I am really counting days. The plant is giving out their best, to produce flowers and beans. A happy time for gardeners, but soon the plant will weaken, leaves turning yellow and dry up...
Am I going to through a weird phase in life, instead of happily picking beans, I am now paying more attention to the flowers and wishing them stay longer....
We normally pick beans just before lunch during weekends.. They are so fresh and crunchy. Sorry, I am poor at describing TASTE.... haha.
Bangchick,
ReplyDeleteYes, they make a lovely blossom! But good news is.... the beans later.

ReplyDeleteI think vegetable can be just as striking as ornamentals plus they're a two in one. First you get the flowers and then you get the harvest.
ReplyDeleteYou love the flowers, but you eat the beans. ha ha..
ReplyDeleteI especially love the bean/pea flowers. Like Sweet peas, one of my favorites.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful flowers. And you get beans? Well who could ask for more?
