  1. I think that the eggplant looks so beautiful. I don't know why but I've never tasted any. I'll have to do something about that =)

Many years ago Rod Steward sang "the first cut is the deepest"... and for your phobia with eggplant I would say "first attempt is the toughest".

Stir fry is nice if served hot.

They are not just fruits/vegetables. Their colours and shapes make them so adourable.

They really are special. Lady's finger doesn't last long as a plant. They grow quick and die quick too. But eggplants last forever it seems.

  10. Great healthy harvest, Bang Chik! Suitable for a meal of Assam Pedas!

Based on your comment to AaronVFT, mmm...I should try planting eggplants too. Still waiting for my 6 lady finger plants to bear me fruits. It has been a looooooong wait. Still no flower yet.

Assam Pedas.. yes, a must in Melaka. Give the plants enough fertiliser and water.. they will respond favourably.

T, Kasih.

No harm trying again and again. One day, Okra will grow and give the best flower to you....
