Dear Bangchik and Kakdah, I'm sorry it's taken me so long to thank you for becoming followers of LOOSE AND LEAFY. It is exciting to be in touch with people who live in such a different place, especially because I used to have a friend from Malaysia who used to tell me about her life there. Unfortunately, we lost touch over time but I still have a chain of baskets she gave me hanging on my wall and remember her fondly. One day, I hope we will meet again.
Of course, we always have something to remember about dear friends... not only about the physical things, like presents, but something else which only heart can tell... I am sure one day, you will meet again.
There are far too many things which go unnoticed..... scenic views for example. Photographs make them permanent, as we flick back through pages of memories...
What wonderful photos you've taken. Everyone comments saying it looks like I live in vacationland and how pretty it is but yours really looks beautiful. The grass is always greener . . . LOL Nice views you captured!
Love your photos, as always! The river views make me homesick for my hometown and our river (even though I now live by the ocean)-- of course, we don't have the banana trees there.
We always say the grass is greener somewhere else. To a certain extent I do agree that there are good views and greens everywhere..... Sometime the heat is unbearable..
So sorry, Janet has to be homesick after seeing Tasik Raban photos..... In a way that is a good indication that we know our roots and where we come from... haha.
i know your green is seasonal, come autumn and winter yours is everything else except green!!
Tasik in Putrajaya is even nicer especially trees and plants around it... but the water could have been nicer.. What tasik have you got around your place?..
